not much to say...

it's been slow and gloomy the past few days. as i re-watched some of oscar's videos, i suddenly began to miss my wft parents despite their constant nagging and let's-flip-fee-over-and-nip-her routines.

...

i really hate to be a preachy, naggy wire like ah pa and ah ma, but i've found some pet first aid and emergency pages and would really like all my friends to have a read and hopefully, bookmark for easy reference. please watch your diet and take good care of yourselves.

...

not very feisty today i know, but i will be back soon.

Oh Fee,

Thanks for those links. Yesterday, my sista Faith was gagging & gagging after swallowing a piece of wool or cloth after ripping up the soft toy. My hooman totally panicked especially after what happened to Oscar & immediately shoved her fingers in her throat & made her vomit which she did then she was fine after that. My hooman cleaned up the mess...But then later that night, Chloe started gulping & gulping after swallowing a piece of cloth from ripping up the toy & my hooman really freaked out again & did the same thing but nothing happen. So she immediately gave Chloe some cold ice water(she loves cold water) & made her drink melted butter & olive oil so that it'll go down & that it'll pass thru easily. She started couching & kept on trying to get it out of her throat but then after a while, she was fine. Phew! It's really scawie ya know...

I miss Oscar, too, fee.

Your parents look very nice, fee, but it's to bad that they are so close and know everything you are doing. That's tough. I'm lucky that mine live in the next state, an hour's drive from here. Heheheh!

Hi, Fee. Good post about first aid. Really! Never know when you're gonna get a craving for something that doesn't go down well. I KNOW what that's like. Empty snail shells, for one. But I managed to spit that up with a little whack on the back from Mom.
You asked about Dirk - my boyfriend-that-sends-me-love-notes. I put his picture on July 26 and July 27 posts if you want to see. I think he's everly so handsome, don't you?

Love, Mary-Margaret

Thanks for sharing the links. Oscar was such a happy puppy and lived his short life to the full and I am sure he would like to think all his doggy friends continued to enjoy and relish their lives in his memory.

*Sigh*... Hope Oscar is having fun with my big sis Oofy.

Anyway, thanks for the tip. My humans have a few books on some medical care for dogs. They're quite useful.

Best to keep the number of the emergency vet close by too. You'll never know when you might need it.
